Outside of genetics or injury, most ailments patients are suffering from are directly caused by their lifestyle, and treating with medication, versus changing habits and behavior, is only a band-aid.
Science has found that behavior change occurs when we get to the root of what's most important to you in your life, and pair it alongside positive psychology; the discovery of what makes you flourish at your very best, versus trying to fix a problem.
Big changes can feel overwhelming, but repeated small actions are doable and reap huge results.
