As a professional Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, Lifestyle Medicine specialist and expert facilitator of sustainable change in mindset and behaviors, I partner with women seeking to find time for self-care while helping to clearly define what's most important in their lives.

With a mission of achieving the healthiest version of themselves, I empower my clients to design a wellness vision in the present tense and then set doable, realistic goals around that vision.
