What you eat matters.

Food is one the most important aspects of lifestyle medicine; nutrition plays a direct role to your health.

If you’ve landed on this page, I’d have to assume you’re interested in my FREE 5 DAY FOOD JOURNAL REVIEW, and when you subscribe with me, it will create an open line of communication where we can work through some possible shifts that you can make with your diet to feel and be healthier.

After you subscribe, I will send you a hello and ask for you to send me (via email) what you eat in a day, for 5 consecutive days that you choose. Just be you, do your thing and then share openly with me, without fear or judgment, so that we can get a clear view of your food routine. If possible, include times of when you’re eating also.

This exercise will not only help you start to consider some changes, but will also open your eyes to what you’re eating like never before. When you write down (or type up) what you’re consuming each day, it will have a direct effect on how you feel about your choices and open up the possibilities of change.

I am a Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine; which means I’m trained in how habits and behaviors influence health and well-being, but also what foods can help, or hinder, your health. I’ll email you back some thoughts and considerations you might want to make to your food routine and then we can go from there.
