Food is the single most important aspect of your health, and the one you have most control over.

So what are you eating everyday?

I will send you a hello and ask for you to send me (via email) what you eat in a day, for 5 consecutive days that you choose. Just be you, do your thing and then share openly with me, without fear or judgment, so that we can get a clear view of your routine. If possible, include times of when you’re eating also.

Here’s how you’ll benefit.

This exercise will not only help you start to consider some changes, but will also bring your attention to what you’re eating like never before. When you write down (or type up) what you’re consuming each day, it will have a direct effect on how you feel about your choices.

Here’s what I can offer.

I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine; which means I’m trained in how habits and behaviors influence health and well-being, but also what foods can help, or hinder, your health.

The next step would be to figure out together how to slowly incorporate the changes you want to make into your daily eating habits and then keep them going for good.
